Last week, on Twitter I hinted at a little side project. I took this concept to the next level and created BarackObamic.com, the unofficial one panel comic stripe of Barack Obama. A simple idea of taking photos from The White House’s Flickr photostream and adding some modest comedy.
Whenever The White House posts new photos I’ll be reviewing and creating new compositions on a weekly basis. So far it’s been an entertaining experiment and a great creative outlet.
Special thanks to the folks over at pixelspread who already had a slick Barack Obama Tumblr theme already cooked up, which made development that much easier.
