Two Apples Not Enough Space

Alright my fellow Apple geeks, here’s the situation. Julie and I have two iMac G5’s (both running Leopard) that are running out of hard drive space. Both are in perfect working order and have never given me any problems. Do I:

a. Trade both in for an iMac 24-inch (with 4GB’s of ram and 1TB HD) - $2,699

b. Trade both in for a Mac Pro (with 4GB’s of ram, 1TB HD and 30in Display) - $5,798

c. Trade both in for a 15-inch MacBook Pro (320GB HD) - $2,699

d. Keep both of the iMac G5’s and purchase a 1TB External HD - $300

e. Keep one of the iMac G5’s and purchase a 15-inch MacBook Pro (320GB HD) - $2,699

Three things to note:
1. I probably have six months before I need to make this decision.

2. I have a MacBook Pro, supplied by my work that I always have on me but don’t like storing personal data on.

3. Having one computer would give me some much needed desk space. So the title of this post is appropriate on two different levels.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I’m torn.
