Q: The boy and I just bought our first place — a gorgeous, light-filled condo with strong cherry/brown flooring. We originally aimed for a “cool” color concept — dove grey for the bedrooms, antique white everywhere else. Now we’re worried that those colors will wreak havoc with the floor color. Any paint suggestions that will achieve a breezy, cool look and still suit the flooring?” Any advice would be much appreciated!

New Adventure

Tomorrow I head out to Long Island, NY to start a new and exciting adventure.  I’ll be spending the next month or so cataloguing the works of American landscape painter Don Resnick.  I’m really excited to work in my field, especially on a project that has sentimental value.  Still not too sure what to expect, but I know that I have a lot of fulfilling work coming my way!
